Overview
The AVCT42 is a high-performance ceramic piezoresistive pressure sensor constructed from a premium ceramic base using thick-film technology, integrated with temperature compensation. Measuring Φ18mm×6.35mm, its ceramic structure offers inherent advantages: high elasticity, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and immunity to impact/vibration. The ceramic’s thermal stability and high-temperature sintering process enable operation across -40~125°C, while its creep resistance ensures long-term stability. This makes it ideal for refrigeration, chemical, and environmental applications where corrosion resistance is critical.
Key Features
- Ceramic Sensing Diaphragm: Offers high overload capacity (2x rated range) and long-term reliability.
- Laser Trimming Technology: Corrects zero point and temperature drift for precision measurements.
- Corrosion & Wear Resistance: Ceramic material resists chemical erosion, making it suitable for aggressive media.
- Wide Temperature Operation: Maintains accuracy across -40~125°C with minimal thermal drift.
Applications
- Industrial Process Control: Monitors pressure in hydraulic/pneumatic systems, servo valves, and manufacturing equipment.
- Environmental & Chemical Sectors: Withstands corrosive media in chemical production, wastewater treatment, and gas sensing.
- Medical & Biomedical Devices: Used in diagnostic instruments and fluid pressure monitoring systems requiring biocompatibility.
- Aerospace & Automotive: Suitable for high-temperature/high-vibration environments like engine pressure sensing.
