Overview

NV-0 model with advanced planar construction is comprised of heater and metal oxide semiconductor material of subminiature Al2O3 ceramic plate, fetch out electrode down-lead, encapsulation in metal base and cap. It detects carbon monoxide (1.5V) by method of cycle high and low temperature. At high temperature (5.0V), it can detect CO as well as clean the other gases adsorbed at low temperature. The sensor’s conductivity gets higher along with the CO and CH4 gas concentration rising. Users can convert the change of conductivity to correspond output signal of gas concentration through a simple circuit.
